Welcome to the CNCSimulator Blog!

Here we are posting information about updates of our software and site as well as tips and tricks. Stay tuned for the latest news.

Windows Creators Update

The Windows 10 Creators Update is currently rolling out. This update changes essential information in the computer making the fingerprint used by our licensing system different. Users will be affected by this by having to re-register and paying customers might find themselves using the free version instead of their paid one (Platinum Edition). If this happens to you, please contact support and we will help you correct the problem. We apologize for any inconvenience caused by this.

We are planning for the next version. Now would be a great time to send in your feedback and your wishes for new features. We promise to listen!

What do our users think about the support?

We are quite happy width these numbers but would of course have preferred to have a 100% positive rating. We are constantly working on improving our support so that everyone will get quick and accurate replies. If you have suggestions on how we can improve, let us know. We appreciate your feedback!

Happy New Year!

We would like to wish all our users in the CNC community a Happy New Year! Thank you for all support and great feedback! Our resolution for 2017 is to keep on improving the simulator and the documentation. Thank you for a great year and we look forward to hearing from you soon!

Service release Version

We and our users found some issues with the previous release that has been fixed in this one. We recommend all users that have downloaded to upgrade as soon as possible. You can find the latest version on the download page.

If you run into any issues with this version, please let us know as soon as possible.
