12.1.6. Edit Circles and Arcs

You can edit guide circles in two ways: move and radius. Click on the circle to show the editing menu.
To move, select [Move] from the menu and click a new position. (In later versions, select [Modify] - [Move].)
If you hold down the SHIFT key during the new position click, you will create a copy of the circle at the new location (keeping the original circle).
To change radius, select [Radius] in the menu and click a new radius. (In later versions, select [Modify] - [Radius].)
Hold down SHIFT if you want to create a copy (keeping the original circle).
See video:
Another way to move a guide circle is to click on it with the left mouse button and drag it to a new position. You can also hold down the SHIFT key on the keyboard while dragging to create a new copy.
Drawing arcs and circles can be manipulated (edited) in more ways.
Also please note that when you click on a drawing object (line, arc or circle) it will become active and show handle bars.
If you click and drag these bars, you can move only the start or the endpoint of an arc.
You can also make a single click on these handles to show a pop-up menu with common functions.
If you click on the center handle, you can change the radius of the circle or arc.
