Email problems

Not receiving CNCSimulator email messages?

As a CNCSimulator user, you need to be able to receive email messages from us. If you are not receiving them, it may be because your server does not recognize the "@cncsimulator.com" portion of the address and sends it to your Junk folder.

To make sure our emails reach your inbox, please do the following:

1. Regularly check the Bulk or Junk folder to see if a CNCSimulator.com email has landed there. You can select any email that is erroneously marked as spam and send to your Inbox. This trains the spam filter how to recognize wanted email.

2. Add CNCSimulator.com email addresses to your Safe List and update your Spam settings:

SpamGuard Plus users:

Please visit the SpamGuard Plus tutorial. The steps are almost the same, except SpamGuard Plus offers a feature for "Resetting the Filter". This enables you to "retrain" SpamGuard if you think it's not properly discerning spam from acceptable e-mail.
